Tanya, I appreciate you!! Giving a testimony once is very difficult -- but to do it twice must have been brutal. I admire your courage and thank God for bringing you to Andy. You are an awesome couple and God certainly knew what he was doing. "You have to Feel it to Heal it" Bless, Nan

Tanya, I know you will not remember me, not sure if we had ever officially met. I attended Neuse Baptist from K-5 through my senior year, graduated in 2000. Long story short, I have been "blessed" with a job where I have alot of down time and am able to surf the web throughout the day and for whatever reason, when I sat down this afternoon to get my daily internet fix, Ray came to mind and I came across this page. I was thouroghly blesses by both the message and the tribute video. I will always remember looking forward to after school care when Ray was at the school and playing basketball with him down on the playground, and even him bringing us candy! I remember when everything started to unfold with his illness and remember how strong the both of you stayed in your faith. I remember the last time I saw Ray, was the special chapel service they had for you. I'm not sure why I decided to write, maybe to just let you know that even, what, 10 years later, I'm married with one child and another on the way, just as busy as everyone else, but STILL can remember those fun times with Ray at Neuse. Other than the times when he was able to be there during after school care, I hate that I didnt get to know him more, but what a testimony to his life that he made an impact big enough in a teenagers life back then, that I still think of him often today.
